We’re excited to introduce the VRSF catless and catted downpipes for your N55-powered BMW. These downpipes offer incredible value and are available in both catless (race) and high-flow catted configurations.
By replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with our catless or 200-cell high-flow race cat, these downpipes significantly reduce back pressure, leading to faster turbo spool, more power, and a sportier exhaust note.
Crafted from mandrel-bent SS304-grade stainless steel, VRSF downpipes feature precision CNC-machined flanges, also made from billet 304-grade stainless steel. Each VRSF product comes with a lifetime warranty and our “No Hassle” satisfaction guarantee, including fitment. Note that M135i and 335i models produced up to 07/13 require the 3.5" downpipe, while models produced after 07/13, as well as all M235i and 435i models, require the 4" version. To confirm, check the Turbo Wastegate on the lower passenger side of the engine.
We also offer an optional Cerakote High Temperature Ceramic coating, designed to withstand temperatures up to 1800°F. This thermal barrier coating helps retain heat within the exhaust, reducing intake air, engine, and transmission oil temperatures. Please note that while the downpipes come with a lifetime warranty, the ceramic coating and catted versions carry a 1-year warranty.
