Why upgrade to HEL braided brake lines?

The original rubber brake hoses fitted to your Porsche are designed to provide flexibility whilst allowing for suspension and steering movement. Under repeated heavy braking and increased operating temperatures, rubber hoses can expand slightly, affecting pedal feel.

HEL braided brake lines feature a PTFE inner hose surrounded by a tightly woven stainless-steel braid. This reinforced construction helps reduce hose expansion, allowing hydraulic pressure to be transferred more consistently from the brake pedal to the brake calipers.

Installation and compatibility

Professional installation is recommended. Following installation, the braking system must be filled and bled correctly using a suitable brake fluid before the vehicle is driven.

Brake fluid is not included unless selected as part of a product variant.
