Upgrade your BMW’s braking system with a set of HEL Performance stainless-steel braided brake lines, designed for selected BMW M135i xDrive F40 and BMW M235i xDrive Gran Coupé F44 models.
HEL braided brake lines replace the original flexible rubber brake hoses with vehicle-specific hoses manufactured using a PTFE inner core, a stainless-steel overbraid and a protective outer covering. This construction is designed to reduce hose expansion under braking pressure, helping provide a firmer and more consistent brake-pedal feel.

Stainless-steel braided construction
Original rubber brake hoses are designed to remain flexible throughout normal suspension and steering movement. However, rubber hoses can expand slightly when exposed to hydraulic pressure, heat and repeated heavy braking.
HEL braided brake lines use a PTFE inner hose reinforced by a stainless-steel outer braid. The stainless-steel reinforcement helps restrict hose expansion while protecting the internal line from wear. A protective outer covering provides an additional barrier against dirt, moisture and contact with surrounding vehicle components.
