Genuine BMW parts and service kits may be returned in accordance with your statutory rights. For online orders, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods if you wish to cancel, and the goods must then be returned within a further 14 days.

• Items should be returned complete and, where applicable, unused, uninstalled and with all original BMW packaging, labels, seals and components.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked and adequately insured service.
• If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or supplied incorrectly, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate resolution.
• We may make a deduction from the refund where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods and causes a reduction in value.
• Fluids, oils and other consumable components should not be opened, used or contaminated if you intend to return them. Where use or opening causes a loss in value, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

For a valid cancellation, the refund includes the cost of our standard outbound delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or expedited delivery service is not refundable beyond the cost of the standard delivery option. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
