Fitting at a glance

What you need to know before booking.

Parts supplied or already purchased

We can help specify and supply suitable parts, or arrange fitting for components you already have.

Fast-road and track focused

Brake upgrades, chassis setup, aero, exhaust systems and servicing for performance and enthusiast cars.

Geometry where required

If a job disturbs the subframe or chassis settings, geometry is part of finishing the car correctly.

With Aligned Developments

Fitting and setup are delivered in partnership with Aligned Developments.

01 · What we fit

From straightforward upgrades to more involved performance work.

The fitting service is designed around the same types of parts we supply every day. That means the job can be considered as a complete package, not simply a component bolted onto the car in isolation.

Brakes & chassis

Brakes & Geometry

Front pads and discs, front and rear calipers, plus full track geometry and chassis setup.

Aero & body

Splitters, Lips & Spoilers

One-piece bumper-mounted lips, chassis-mounted two-piece front aero, rear valances and spoilers.

Maintenance

Performance Servicing

Minor and major servicing covering oil, filters and spark plugs, depending on the service required.

Exhaust systems

Downpipes to Turbo-Back

Downpipes, centre sections, cat-back systems and complete turbo-back exhaust installations.

Correct fitting is only one part of the job. The finished package needs to suit how the car is actually used.
02 · How fitting works

A simple process from enquiry to finished car.

Step 01

Tell us about the car

Send the make, model and year, what you want fitted, and whether the car is primarily road, fast-road or track focused.

Step 02

Confirm the scope

We will confirm the fitting work, whether parts need supplying, and any additional setup required after installation.

Step 03

Fit and finish properly

The parts are installed and, where required, the car is finished with the appropriate geometry or chassis setup.

We approach customer fitting with the same focus on compatibility, setup and intended use that goes into our own development cars.
03 · Geometry & chassis setup

Some jobs are not finished when the final bolt is tightened.

Where installation work changes or disturbs the chassis position, the alignment needs to be checked and reset afterwards. This is particularly relevant to downpipe and turbo-back work on many BMW models where subframe movement or removal can be necessary for access.

Geometry is also available as a standalone service for cars being prepared for fast-road or track use.

Downpipe and turbo-back installations

If the subframe has been moved or removed during fitting, a full geometry setup is required afterwards so the car is returned with the chassis correctly aligned.

Chassis setup matters just as much as the hardware when a car is being developed for more demanding road or track use.
